The Kaleds and The Thals set aside their differences?

This is a familiar tale Two species at War with each other, The Kaleds and The Thals on Skaro but in this universe they find common ground.

The Kaleds were considering the thought of defeat by The Thals and The Thals were beginning to develop thought's other than conquest. The Master was on his way to assess the situation and decided to go help with negotiations for both sides. The negotiations began with The Master allowing both sides to speak equally. The Kaleds all were noticing how The Thals all of them had been getting new developing brain processes and saying," if you want we could teach you how to process those new things." The Thals were now beginning to understand saying," you have these things to what are they? Is He behind it?!?!?!?!?!?" The Master replied," Um no but I think that The Kaleds are offering you is reasonable and maybe if you'd like to coexist?!?!?" The Kaleds all  were thinking about the same thing asked," Do you think all of the Thals that you can work across the isle? And work with us?" The Thals all looked at The Kaleds all of them looked at each other and then across at each other. Then all of The Kaleds and all of the Thals turned to look at The Master. The Master looked at all of both groups saying," You are all part of the same planet Skaro. So both Kaleds and Thals are Skaroan and if you want to you can be the best of this planet." Both sides looked at each other and thanked him," thank you Sir for being a great negotiator and for bringing us together. We are indeted to you." The Master said," Thanks for finding out how very the same you all are." The Kaleds and The Thals began talks about policy and philosophy and all eventually interbreed making Skaroan's. The Master goes on to be the protector of this world.
