A Time Lord Hidesout on New Earth?
We all know these events after the last great time War and where The War Master Hidesout in the time the universe is ending but in this universe The War Master decides to go a different direction. The War Master piloted his TARDIS to New Earth in the 54th century. The Master said," if I am to hide effectively I must do something so agregious thing I can think of becoming human oh the thought is odious.
