Captain Jack Harkness Stayed With Rose Tyler and The Doctor?

Everything that happened in The parting of The way's has happened except for one tiny detail.
After Rose Tyler as The bad wolf defeated the Daleks and saved The Doctor, while also uncontrollably bringing Captain Jack Harkness back to life after he was exterminated by The Daleks. The Doctor saved Rose Tyler by absorbing the energy from the time vortex from her. Captain Jack Harkness after waking up had came into the room looking at The Doctor the way he is know he asked him," Can I help with that Doctor?" The Doctor replied," OH Jack, I'm dying I've absorbed the remaining time vortex energy from Rose Tyler. I've been able to syphon off the harmful effects but I don't know if I could regenerate with the last bit of the time vortex energy in me." Captain Jack Harkness replied," Love is like a healer and Doctor I love you." The Doctor feeling the same said," You can save me Jack anytime." Jack Harkness then gave him a big kiss and a passionate one at that absorbing the rest of the time vortex energy so that The Doctor can regenerate. The Doctor and Captain Jack Harkness then walked back in the TARDIS with Rose Tyler waking up in the TARDIS console room with The Doctor and Captain Jack Harkness having a cup of tea.

This story is as old as Time Lord society has been around, Tecteun had been searching for her adopted daughter going by the title of The Doctor after she had defied the orders of The division saving those other Time Lord planets that simply wanted a different life style.
